AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: CA$39,900.00 - CA$89,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend Availability, 8-hour shift

Lake City Ford Sales Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers visiting our dealership. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager and have an outgoing personality with a genuine concern for customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all interactions meet or exceed customer expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries related to car sales in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensure that customer quotes are competitive and reasonable
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of manufacturer-specific vehicles and rebate and incentive programs
- Maintain a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees
- Ensure that all work is completed thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely fashion
- Work effectively without supervision
- Attend factory-sponsored and dealer-specified training classes as scheduled by management
- Perform other duties as required by management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Automotive Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person
- Must have a valid class '5' driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Strong computer skills
- Well-spoken, friendly, and articulate with the ability to effectively communicate in writing
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Willingness to be flexible under changing conditions
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure

AUTOMOTIVE PARTS ASSOCIATE
Lake City Ford is currently looking to hire a knowledgeable Automotive Parts Person to join our dealership team. This candidate must be able work well in a team environment, possess leadership skills, sales skills and customer service skills? If you want to gain automotive parts experience while working hands on with both automotive technicians and retail customers, then this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist shop technicians and retail customers with automotive parts and accessories requests.
- Provide proactive parts support and offer creative solutions.
- This position will be responsible for sourcing and ordering parts to supply to our Service Department.
- Assist other areas of the inside parts/service department as needed or assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Automotive Parts Sales: Minimum 1 years (preferred)
- Customer service experience: 2 year (preferred)
- Parts Person Red Seal Journeyman or Parts apprentice. (Asset)
- Must have strong work ethic, organizational skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Good computers skills.
- The ability to solve problems and think outside of the box, is a must.
- Must have a high level of commitment to your job and the push for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
