AUTOMOTIVE PARTS ASSOCIATE
Lake City Ford is currently looking to hire a knowledgeable Automotive Parts Person to join our dealership team. This candidate must be able work well in a team environment, possess leadership skills, sales skills and customer service skills? If you want to gain automotive parts experience while working hands on with both automotive technicians and retail customers, then this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist shop technicians and retail customers with automotive parts and accessories requests.
- Provide proactive parts support and offer creative solutions.
- This position will be responsible for sourcing and ordering parts to supply to our Service Department.
- Assist other areas of the inside parts/service department as needed or assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Automotive Parts Sales: Minimum 1 years (preferred)
- Customer service experience: 2 year (preferred)
- Parts Person Red Seal Journeyman or Parts apprentice. (Asset)
- Must have strong work ethic, organizational skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Good computers skills.
- The ability to solve problems and think outside of the box, is a must.
- Must have a high level of commitment to your job and the push for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
