Salary Range: CA$39,900.00 - CA$89,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend Availability, 8-hour shift

Lake City Ford Sales Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers visiting our dealership. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager and have an outgoing personality with a genuine concern for customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all interactions meet or exceed customer expectations
• Respond to customer inquiries related to car sales in a prompt and courteous manner
• Ensure that customer quotes are competitive and reasonable
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of manufacturer-specific vehicles and rebate and incentive programs
• Maintain a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees
• Ensure that all work is completed thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely fashion
• Work effectively without supervision
• Attend factory-sponsored and dealer-specified training classes as scheduled by management
• Perform other duties as required by management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Automotive Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person
• Must have a valid class '5' driver's license and clean driver's abstract
• Strong computer skills
• Well-spoken, friendly, and articulate with the ability to effectively communicate in writing
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Willingness to be flexible under changing conditions
• Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure
